    Francois Berleand played Inspector Tarconi in The Transporter movie. In an email to us he said he was told to watch a video sent to him called "Detective Colombo", and to develop a style like Peter Falk in the USA Detective Colombo TV series from the 1980's. Francois said the film "The Transporter" has a special place in his heart and it was a fun movie to do. He recalls that working with Shu Qi was a bit of a challenge as both were working with voice coaches to get their English in order.

    During the filming, Shu Qi could not say the word "madeleines" and after 12 takes they wrote the word in Korean inside of a cook book and let her read it from the cook book for the scene. Because of the language barrier she and Jason could not communicate during filming. She has said it was like a "rooster and a duck trying to communicate all day with Jason".

    Christian was involved in a number of the opening car chase scenes filmed in and around Nice, Cannes and Marseille (Cop 2). He was on set for (4) days total. He currently lives in Paris, France and is friends with Louis Leterrier. Louis directed many of the scenes in The Transporter movie. Since The Transporter movie was produced Christian has been in a number of movie productions.

    Vincent Tulli had an uncredited role in The Transporter movie as a "trash collector" in the initial car chase scene in Paris. Vincent Tulli was the credited sound engineer on this production. He currently has his own sound engineering and editing business and does sound work on feature films, music videos and television commercials.

    Jean Francois Ronzevalle (Jeff) is the stunt man seen parachuting from the airplane in The Transporter movie (it is NOT Jason Statham). Jeff is a world class competition parachutist who also was the co-pilot of the CASA-212 airplane in the James Bond movie "The World Is Not Enough". Matt Schulze's character in the film was "Darren Bettencourt" and now Darren manages Matt Schulze. During the filming of the movie Matt was managed by Steven Chasman.

    Max is the guy who wrote the I.N.T.E.R.P.O.L. program on the computer in Inspector Tarconi's office. The computer screen images (mug shots) seen in the movie were actually pictures of the production crew and Max added them to the prop I.N.T.E.R.P.O.L. data base. Max was a student at the Institut de Génie Informatique et Industriel (Paris, France)when hired by the producers of The Transporter. He is currently an SAP consultant and lives in Paris, France.

    Production Designer- previously worked with Luc Besson on "The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc," for which Tissandier received a César Award nomination and Las Vegas Film Critics Society Award nomination for Best Production Design. Other notable film credits include the hit comedy "Les Visiteurs," "Le Dîner de cons" and "Le Jaguar. "

Mr. Gudju had a long career in Hollywood as a stuntman, actor and even was Patrick Stewart's body double in many Startrek movies. He retired after the filming of The Transporter movie and currently lives in Romania with his wife Eugenia.
